Australia's Cloud Control are back with a new album, ZONE, their third, and we've got the premiere of its new single, almost title track "Zone (This Is How It Feels)." ZONE is due out September 1 via Ivy League (in Austraila) and Votiv (in the U.S.). "Zone (This Is How It Feels)" starts with a moody intro. There are sounds of thunder in the distance, as well as hints of keys, and then the rain starts. Singer/guitarist Alister Wright's vocals soon come in, lamenting "I hate it when you walk away/All the things that I couldn't say/When I look back on yesterday/Can't see because it starts to rain." But slowly the song gives way to an anthemic chorus and the clouds part when keyboardist Heidi Lenffer sings a later verse ("This is where I want to stay" she promises). Once a spoken word portion arrives (improvised by a friend of the band), "Zone (This Is How It Feels)" is cemented as an ambitious song. It's a thoroughly modern track, and a big advancement from the fun retro psych rock of their 2010-released debut album, Bliss Release (whose highlight was probably a song named after a classic rock band, "The Rolling Stones").

Unlike other labels subjected to exhaustive multi-disc retrospectives like this whopping ten-disc Revolutions in Sound: Warner Bros. Records – The First Fifty Years, Warner Brothers never embodied a scene or sound: they've always embodied what a major label should be – a dominant force that chronicles and dictates the sound of the mainstream. Coming out at the tail-end of 2008, when the influence of major labels is on a slow steady decline, Revolutions in Sound can be seen as a portrait of a time that's beginning to recede into the past: a time when there was such a thing as mass entertainment, when the pop audience all shared a common bond of hit records they either loved or rallied against. Perhaps the greatest things about this monumental box set is that it captures that colossus while also illustrating that for a while, majors did take risks. Of course, Warner was the riskiest of all the majors, never held back by an anti-rock & roll sourpuss like Mitch Miller, who struggled to keep CBS out of the tumult of the '60s (this with no less than Bob Dylan as the label's flagship rock artist). Instead, Warner embraced the underground, recording some of the strangest to shake out of the '60s, and that adventure fits a label that turned to rock & roll to help establish themselves as a real player at the turn of the '60s.

Part of Warner Bros. UK and Rhino's Original Album Series collection, this budget-priced set of Yvette Marie Stevens (Chaka Khan) jams features five complete albums, including Chaka (1978), Naughty (1980), What Cha' Gonna Do for Me (1981), Chaka Khan (1982), and I Feel for You (1984).

The Complete Bob Marley & The Wailers 1967-1972 is a series of three box sets for reggae legend Bob Marley. Released by JAD in conjunction with Koch International, the first two box sets consist of three discs each while the third and last volume is a 2 CD set, consisting of songs Marley did between 1967 and 1972 before he was signed to Island Records.

Above the album worked the 'Baker Street - 100 Classics from the 70's ', and his release took place on 2021. The album has got songs with a total duration of more than an hour. A compilation is a compilation of original music.
