Für gemischte Chöre mit nur einer Männerstimme (teilweise mit Klavierbegleitung) ist der dritte Band der Chorbuchreihe LORELEY erschienen, die sich dem Volkslied in neuen, zeitgemäßen Arrangements widmet. 77 Volkslieder wurden von rund 30 Komponistinnen und Komponisten für den Band arrangiert (u. a. von W. Buchenberg, S. Claas, C. Gerlitz, O. Gies, Göttsche, J. Høybye, B. Parry). Neben dreistimmigen a-cappella-Sätzen sind Arrangements mit pfiffigen Klavierbegleitungen entstanden. Eine weitere Gruppe bilden klangvolle vierstimmige Sätze für drei Frauenstimmen plus eine Männerstimme. Die Arrangements weisen verschiedene Stilrichtungen und Schwierigkeitsgrade auf.
