La Coscienza di Zeno (CDZ) is a modern Italian progressive band that formed in Genoa in 2007. CDZ is named after a well-known Italian novel, the title of which translates into English as ''Zeno's conscience''. The book is largely concerned with the paradoxes of human behaviour and is considered to be the first psychoanalytic novel. The band initially played a modern style of progressive music that was influenced by the giants of UK prog rock. In fact, while they were working on their debut album last year they recorded a track for the Yes tribute project ''Tales from the Edge''. However with the departure a couple of years earlier of the band's original guitarist, Matteo Malvezzi, CDZ's sound drew closer to that of the classic Italian bands such as Banco Del Mutuo Soccorso, although modified with a slight Neo-prog edge…

"Ride a Rock Horse" was recorded during Daltrey's filming commitments for Ken Russell's film Lisztomania. The album's cover, which is photographed and designed by Daltrey's cousin Graham Hughes, depicts the singer as a rampant centaur. Three singles were issued from Ride a Rock Horse: "Come and Get Your Love", "Walking the Dog" and "Oceans Away". "Come and Get Your Love" peaked at #68 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and "Walking the Dog", a cover of the Rufus Thomas song, peaked at #52 on the UK Singles Chart. The album itself peaked at #14 on the UK Albums Chart and at #28 on the US Billboard 200. The song, "Hearts Right", had a music video with graphics and animation by Gerald Scarfe, who would later become known for his work with Pink Floyd.

Can't Touch Us Now is the twelfth studio album by the British band Madness, released on their Lucky 7 Records label through Universal Music Catalogue (UMC) on 28 October 2016. Madness are back with their first album in 4 years. The album was produced by Clive Langer and Liam Watson and mixed by Brit Award winner Charlie Andrew. Tracks such as ‘Mr Apples’, ‘Mumbo Jumbo’, the Amy Winehouse referencing ‘Blackbird’ and the title track ‘Can’t Touch Us Now’ capture the band’s inimitable combination of pop, reggae and soul influences. As on many of Madness greatest moments, the lyrics are gloriously observational and humorous, beautifully framing life in London. The album marked the return of founder member Mark Bedford but the departure of Cathal Smyth (Chas Smash).
