A 3CD box set contains 60 tracks offers the most complete overview of Blunstone's career ever. It's fair to say that there have been a number of compilations over the years. What makes this set so interesting is there are numerous tracks that you will either not have heard or not heard for a long time. Fabulous collection from the man with arguably the most beautiful singing voice in Britain. Perfect harmonies. Soft rock does not get any better than "Old and Wise" and "Ain't it funny?"

Apart from Argent and his solo albums, Ballard has also written hit songs for artists like Three Dog Night, Hot Chocolate, Roger Daltrey, America and Santana amongst others. 18 tracks including 'Expressway To Your Heart', 'She's A Hurricane', 'On The Rebound' and many more.

"Beautiful Soul" collects tracks from Springfield's 1973 "Cameo" album, along with the entirety of its previously unreleased follow-up "Longing". The "Cameo" tracks are produced by then-hot songwriting team Dennis Lambert and Brian Potter, and they're done in the same pop/soul style the pair employed with the Four Tops at the time. Highlights include "Who Gets Your Love," a mid-tempo teaser that became a modest hit, and a spectacularly soulful version of Van Morrison's "Tupelo Honey." The "Longing" tracks, some of which were to some degree unfinished, are a bit more wide-ranging stylistically. Among the best are the haunting, minor-key "Exclusively for Me," on which Springfield does a lovely impression of its co-author, ex-Zombies singer Colin Blunstone," and "A Love Like Yours," a lesser-known Motown song that she re-recorded for her 1977 album "It Begins Again".

As indicated by its name, the Alan Parsons Project was not a band so much as a concept overseen by the titular Parsons, a successful producer and engineer. Born in Britain on December 20, 1948, he began his musical career as a staff engineer at EMI Studios, and first garnered significant industry exposure via his work on the Beatles' 1969 masterpiece Abbey Road. Parsons subsequently worked with Paul McCartney on several of Wings' earliest albums; he also oversaw recordings from Al Stewart, Cockney Rebel, and Pilot, but solidified his reputation by working on Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon.

John Verity has had a varied and amazing career to date, including support dates with rock luminaries such as Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, The Who, John Mayall’s Bluesbreakers, and Mountain, to recording dates with Ringo Starr, Keith Emerson, Greg Lake, Tim Rose, Zombies, Colin Blunstone, Phoenix, Charlie, and Argent to name but a few… JV has recorded and toured constantly with his solo projects - always with that distinctive soulful blues edge - and collaborations both in and out of the studio. 'My Religion' is a tongue-in-cheek collection for the most part, but includes some serious, thought-provoking issues too. Guest appearances by seasoned, respected musicians make this a compelling set, recorded sympathetically with state-of-the art precision throughout.
