Combinatorial Optimization And Applications: 8th International Conference

This post-conference proceedings volume covers all aspects of artificial evolution, including genetic programming, swarm intelligence, combinatorial and multi-objective optimization, as well as theory and applications.

This volume constitutes selected papers presented during the 8th International Conference on Metaheuristics and Nature Inspired Computing, META 2021, held in Marrakech, Morocco, in October 201. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the conference was partiqally held online.

The 16 papers were thoroughly reviewed and selected from the 53 submissions. They are organized in the topical sections on ​combinatorial optimization; continuous optimization; optimization and machine learning; applications.

This book constitutes the thoroughly refereed post-conference proceedings of the 8th International Conference on Artificial Evolution, EA 2007, held in Tours, France in October 2007.
The 27 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 62 submissions during two rounds of reviewing and improvement. The papers cover all aspects of artificial evolution: genetic programming, swarm intelligence, combinatorial and multi-objective optimization, theory in genetic algorithms and evolutionary systems, as well as applications of evolutionary algorithms.

This volume constitutes the proceedings of the 8th International Conference on Hybrid Artificial Intelligent Systems, HAIS 2013, held in Salamanca, Spain, in September 2013. The 68 papers published in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 218 submissions.
