Un produttore italiano ed il suo assistente si aggirano per l'Europa in cerca di fondi per finanziare un progetto cinematografico che racconta la vita e le opere di quattro grandi artisti di arte contemporanea: il polacco Krzysztof Bednarski, il danese Thorsten Kirchhoff, l'americano Mark Kostabi ed il malesiano H.H. Lim; i quattro artisti, protagonisti della scena dell’arte contemporanea anche nella realtà, sono tutti innamorati dell'Italia e hanno casa a Roma. Parallelamente a questa ricerca, i quattro protagonisti verranno catapultati in vicende ed avventure tra l'incredibile e il paradossale…
