The fourth story arc, was just concluded, released from June 2, 2010 to November 17, 2010. The fifth story arc is entitled and its issue #1 is scheduled for release on January 5, 2011. Unlike other extended adaptation series, The Stand is remarkable in that it hasn't shown any dip in quality after twenty issues spread over more than two years. Such consistently high level is due to the combined creative efforts and talents of writer Roberto Aguirre-Sacasas and artist Mike Perkins whose vision remains true to Stephen King's opus. Despite a huge cast of characters they have managed to streamline the book's fractured timeline into a coherent story. Still, it has to be read from the start in chronological and ordinal sequence in order to truly appreciate the book's scope and horror. So here they are, all four published story arcs of the extended series, and with the exception of the last two chapters of the fourth story arc (which are in themselves high-quality Proletariat-DCP scans) all consisting of high-quality Minutemen scans, for you to enjoy.
