'Beyond the Screen: Film Works On Piano' is an album by Oscar-winning composer Rachel Portman OBE comprising some of her most cherished film music for solo piano. She refers to the piano as her best friend, adding 'I spend all day with it, most days. I think probably I'm pianistic in my soul'. Hence, piano miniatures are a natural second life for her highly melodic scores. The album comprises various solo piano arrangements based on her well-known soundtracks such as 'Chocolat', 'The Cider House Rules' and 'The Dutchess'. Portman was very selective, however, about which pieces would translate best without an orchestra: 'I wanted them to be pieces that work in their own way, that are satisfying'.

Colombian guitarist Francisco Correa, acclaimed for his 'eloquent' and 'expressive' playing by Gramophone and Soundboard Magazine, enchants audiences with his virtuosic performances. A versatile musician, equally comfortable with Western Classical and Latin American repertoire, he is highly in demand across the UK, Europe, and South America.A laureate of multiple guitar competitions, Francisco has showcased his talent globally, performing concertos with orchestras and appearing on national radio on both sides of the Atlantic.

"Live 1965: Music From Charlie Is My Darling" is the Grammy-nominated soundtrack for the first Rolling Stones documentary, originally shot in 1965 during the band's second tour of Ireland. The performances, as captured on Live 1965, provide fierce, elemental testimony to the Rolling Stones coming into their own as interpreters of blues-rooted material as well as to the emerging songwriting acumen of the Jagger/Richards team.

This delightful set was laid down in a London studio in June 1981, before he fell ill, when he was still roaring like a lion. Three members of his backing combo - Peter King (sax), Mike Carr (keyboards) and Jim Mullen (guitar) - were top-flight British jazz musicians perfectly in tune with the singer's needs, while drummer Harold Smith was an American then living in Europe. They're joined by one of Spoon's contemporaries, tenor saxist Hal 'Cornbread' Singer, whose career path resembles the singer's in its fascinating R&B/Jazz duality.
