Devil in The Flesh

Devil in the Details is the fourth album by Saigon Kick, and the first to feature guitarist Pete Dembrowski. By 1995's Devil in the Details, guitarist Jason Bieler was firmly in the driver's seat, as this was the second album on which he did double duty as the group's lead singer. And once more, Devil in the Details turned out to be a varied album that brings to mind Extreme, King's X, and Queen. Fans of the band's first few albums will dig it, but it appeared as though rock radio circa the mid-'90s was as far removed as you could possibly get from Saigon Kick's brand of all-encompassing rock.

Recorded at SolnaSound (guitarist Simon's own studio), mixed and mastered by Fredrik Nordstrom at Studio Fredman (At The Gates, In Flames, Arch Enemy), "Feeding The Machine" is a bit of a fresh start for WOLF as vocalist Niklas Stalvind and guitarist Simon Johansson now have been joined by Pontus Egberg (King Diamond) on bass and drummer Johan Koleberg (ex-Therion, ex-Lion's Share) to bring an extra dose of reinvigorated energy and focus to the table. WOLF originally formed back in 1995 and belong to the earliest bands resurrecting and rejuvenating a traditional heavy metal sound during the 90's when ignorant folks pronounced heavy metal dead.
