From Dream Theater’s home state of New York, a homecoming performance at The Limelight, one of NYC’s most iconic clubs of the ‘90s. Including the epic fan-favorite ‘A Change of Seasons’, this set from the quintet’s original tour supporting ‘Images and Words’ showcases one of Dream Theater’s earliest live recorded performances. “Lost Not Forgotten Archives: When Dream And Day Reunite (Live)” is the 5th release in Dream Theater’s archival series. Recorded in Los Angeles, Dream Theater’s original 2004 release features a full live performance of the band’s debut studio album, and a reunion with former members Derek Sherinian and Charlie Dominici. Released for the first time on vinyl, with re-mastered audio and re-engineered for optimal audio quality, “When Dream and Day Reunite (Live)” is a quintessential release in the Lost Not Forgotten Archives collection. Dream Theater, the two-time GRAMMY-nominated and millions-selling legends of progressive music, are pleased to announce the ‘Lost Not Forgotten Archives’. This fresh collaboration between the band and record label InsideOutMusic will see the virtuosic quintet’s long-standing Ytsejams Records catalogue reissued, alongside some brand-new additions to this special collector’s series. The third installment in the series is the first of the classic Ytsejams Records catalogue to be re-released, and comprises the instrumental demos from Dream Theater’s monumental 2003 studio album, ‘Train of Thought’, remastered on CD, 2-LP+CD and Digital formats.

Originally released in 2005 on Ytsejam Records, ‘Images And Words Demos (1989-1991)’ documents a special period for the band as they prepared for the release of their landmark ‘Images and Words’ album. This collection includes instrumental versions of Dream Theater classics like ‘Take The Time’ & ‘Learning to Live’. As well as showcasing rare early renditions of some of the band’s most well-known entries such as ‘Oliver’s Twist’, which would later become the fan-favorite, ‘Pull Me Under'. It also features the original audition takes that would see Dream Theater appoint James LaBrie as their new vocalist. Remastered and available on vinyl for the very first time, this is a fascinating look at the band’s earliest days together.

Previously only available on CD through the band’s Ytsejam Records, now remixed and remastered, and available for the first time on vinyl in The Lost Not Forgotten Archives. Featuring a collection of rare tracks, "The Majesty Demos" captures Dream Theater's iconic history during their time as students at Boston’s Berklee College of Music.
