Freshly minted FBI agent Nicholas Drummond is barely out of his Quantico training when he and his partner, Mike Caine, are called to investigate a stabbing on Wall Street. I am still swooning over David Pitts Matherson, British ex-pat now horse rancher in Kennison Falls Minnesota, as reading this book I can hear is British accent. He takes in refuge Rio Montoya, tough, use to living on her own, had to grow up at a young age to take care of her younger siblings, beauty and tats, and her younger sister Bonnie when they loose their house to a gang. Rio has always loved the openness and cowboys.
