Falling in Love With Darkness

There´s no doubt that Gary Moore is considered to be one of the greatest rock guitarists ever, he will be missed for each day that passes by. It has already been 3 years since he died of a heart attack in his sleep during a vacation in Spain. There are some box set´s available with Gary Moore but this one is by far the best, with 5 of his greatest hard rock albums between 1982-1989. I only miss Back on the streets from 1978 and Dirty fingers from 1983 but I can´t complain, these 5 included are his best solo albums.

The 6th album of Ana Fern?ndez-Villaverde's career is called "Brujer?a" ("Witchcraft" in English) and is probably her most open and the most emotionally-direct yet. It is an album about love, brutal and raw, without metaphors, and about darkness and light, with each song leading unequivocally into the next. "Love and falling in love with something or someone is full of witchcraft. When we fall in love we feel like we are under a spell cast by the object of our affection. The effect is similar to a highly addictive drug; it creates strong ties in our mind between pleasure and the thing we desire" Ana says. Titles like "La Verdad", "?Qu??", "Te Quiero", "La Fuerza" and "Miedo" make the point directly.
