May 2013 the hints started coming about what Ruby was up to with a video for the title track Waiting for Light. Then in July, we got an EP called with three new tracks. Ruby fans know that Lesley is not one of those people to put out new records to satisfy a studio or because she feels she needs to remind people who she is, she puts out music when she knows she really has something to say. This time Lesley has a lot to say, and to be honest Waiting for Light is her most personal record to date.
