Stefania Maratti - Solo Flute is the first instrument from the Fluffy Audio Woodwinds series. Stefania Marrati is a renowned flutist who has developed a lovely sound over the year. She plays a rare and precious pink-gold flute, with an amazing timbre which can fit both orchestral and solo music.

The idea of this instrument is to take something beautiful and transform into something else with the proper tools, keeping the maximum sound quality possible. For this reason, despite its apparent simplicity, it implements many under the hood adjustments like per-grain custom windows, anti-phasing techniques and synchronized time/rate/densities between the grains. Granular synthesis is actually awesome when you can’t actually distinguish between the single grains… and the whole result appears like a new designed sound!

Ji Min Oh is one of those singers who has made an instrument out of her voice: from the softest, most delicate nuances to the clearest fortissimo, her timbre is clean, precise, powerful, and yet expressive and moving. Therefore, after the session – when we sampled her for Spaghetti Western – we thought to extend the sampling with a unique legato articulation with syllables and quasi-words to make the most out of her remarkable lyrical voice.

Scoring Piano is a Steinway Model B piano, sampled in a great studio near Florence, Tuscany. This instrument will find a perfect spot for any kind of soundtrack and, like My Piano, for jazz and classical music. We have tried to take the softest dynamics particularly into account.

While releasing Dominus Choir two years ago, we were already looking forward to enrich it with new features. Among them, the possibility to sing in English and Marcato and Staccato articulations. By now we could say that we successfully accomplished the task.
