Liquid Tension Experiment is the self-titled first studio album by instrumental rock/progressive metal supergroup Liquid Tension Experiment, released on March 10, 1998 through Magna Carta Records. The group was composed of Dream Theater bandmembers John Petrucci, Jordan Rudess and Mike Portnoy, as well as bassist Tony Levin. Track six, "Chris and Kevin's Excellent Adventure", is named after the photo sessions for the album in which the photographer kept calling Portnoy "Chris" and Levin "Kevin", whilst "Three Minute Warning" refers to Levin's frustration with his bandmates' insistence on composing rather than spontaneous jamming, and thus his ultimatum to leave the studio within three minutes unless they started to jam.

Liquid Tension Experiment 2 is the second studio album by instrumental rock/progressive metal supergroup Liquid Tension Experiment, released on June 15, 1999 through Magna Carta Records.

Spontaneous Combustion is an album by progressive metal / fusion group Liquid Trio Experiment, and is the result of the studio improvisations of Liquid Tension Experiment which occurred while John Petrucci was with his wife while she was giving birth. The trio of Mike Portnoy, Tony Levin and Jordan Rudess continued to write music during this period. It was released on October 23, 2007.

After last year’s covers album ‘Covertà,’ Adrenaline Mob return with their proper sophomore full-length album, ‘Men of Honor.’ It’s their first disc with drummer A.J.
