One Step at a Time is the second solo studio album from legendary Satus Quo front man Francis Rossi. Francis has long been regarded as one of the finest Rock performers that the UK has ever produced and his songwriting has been duly recognized by the Classic Songwriter Award and the BRIT Award for Outstanding Contribution to Music. Released 14 years after his only previous solo album, One Step at a Time is a hugely entertaining set and offers an insight into another facet of Rock's great frontmen. Francis is famous for his dry wit and lyrical dash, and this album offers a chance to get up close and personal. Includes the single, 'Faded Memory'.

Never Too Late is best remembered today as drummer John Coghlan's final album with the band he'd served since the early '60s. The bulk of the set, however, was actually cut during the same sessions that produced the previous year's Just Supposin', although it's a struggle to say which of the two came out with the better songs. Neither is what one would describe as a classic Quo disc, but nor are they as disposable as some of the band's later releases. Indeed, any record that includes the bright bonhomie of "Something 'Bout You Baby I Like," the new album's biggest hit, is sure to have a few things to recommend it.

Status Quo are to release another batch of deluxe two and three CD releases via Universal Music. Under the spotlight this time are the '1+9+8+2' album released to coincide with the 20th anniversary of the bands formation, 'Back To Back' from 1983, which features the last studio performances of original bass player Alan Lancaster before he left the band in late 1985, 'In The Army Now' (originally released in 1986) and its 1988 follow up, 'Ain't Complaining' which are all due for release by UMC/Mercury on Friday 28th September 2018.
