The psychedelic influenced Eight Miles High album - originally released in 1969 as The Golden Earring - is the band's only album featuring drummer Sieb Warner. The record was taped over a period of two weeks in August/September 1969 at the legendary Olympic Sound Studios in London. This expanded edition also contains the "Another 45 Miles" 7-inch single, including the B-side "I Can't Get A Hold On Her", plus the edited mono version of "Eight Miles High" that was released as a promotional only single in the United States. In addition, the DVD features the long-awaited restored version of the hour-long documentary that filmmaker Mat van Hensbergen taped during the band's tour in the Summer of 1969, as well as the following recording sessions at Olympic. The documentary has been restored from the original 16 mm film reels and contain English subtitles.

After 1976's Contraband, Golden Earring continued in a straightforward hard rock direction on Grab It For A Second (1978). Working with legendary producer Jimmy Iovine (U2, Bruce Springsteen, Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers, Stevie Nicks, Dire Straits, Patti Smith), this was the band's final album featuring guitarist Eelco Gelling.
This 45th anniversary edition of Grab It For A Second is remastered for the first time from the original master tapes and features the bonus track "I Can't Talk Now" (B-side of the Movin' Down Life 7-inch single). It is available as a limited edition of 1500 individually numbered copies on translucent yellow coloured.

Keeper Of The Flame is the 1989 album by Dutch rock band Golden Earring. It featured two singles, "Distant Love" and "Turn The World Around". It was the first album to be released on cd right at the album release, and an additional two bonus tracks were added: "Nighthawks" and " My Killer My Shadow". Keeper Of The Flame is remastered for the first time from the original master tapes and includes the bonus tracks "Nighthawks" and "My Killer My Shadow". Dutch group Golden Earring has always inhabited a strange and twisted territory between hard rock and straight-ahead pop that's also home to Blue Oyster Cult and modern acts like Monster Magnet. On Bloody Buccaneers, Golden Earring doesn't come up with any real surprises, but manages to deliver a surprisingly consistent record of the same sort of hooky, roots-influenced heavy guitar music that made the band famous. Despite the lack of any songs as good as "Radar Love," Golden Earring's career-making mega-hit, the material is pretty decent and played with panache.
