A man is driving through the countryside in a hurry to get to an important business meeting. His mind is preoccupied with thoughts about the presentation he will have to give for an important client - a presentation which could be the turning point in his career. He is not ready for delays or surprises, but fate has plenty in store for him. A body in the middle of the road - a child. He jumps on the brakes and manages to stop the car just in time. Thankfully the child is fine, but confused. The man would like to help, but his clients are waiting for him…

Classical historian Robin Lane Fox embarks on a journey in search of the origins of the Greek myths. He firmly believes that these fantastical stories lie at the root of western culture, and yet little is known about where the myths of the Greek gods came from, and how they grew. Now, after 35 years of travelling, excavation and interpretation, he is confident he has uncovered answers.

A young publicist, with a successful professional life but with an empty personal life, finds himself on a trip against time to get to an important business meeting. During the trip, he meets a girl and, although they are very different and have opposite ways of life, they click when recalling the most mythical and emotional time of their childhood: the last summer they spent with their gang.
