PeroxWhy?gen (pronounced peroxygen) are an American rock band based in North Carolina and formed by professional wrestlers Jeff Hardy and Shannon Moore. After they formed the band, members of the metal band Burnside 6 joined the band, but they later left with the exception of Merrill. Shannon Moore left the band to focus on his wrestling career. They released their debut album Plurality of Worlds in 2013. Within the Cygnus Rift was released on July 27, 2015.

By drawing on both the new wave and the old guard of American folk music, Fast Folk developed into a significant chapter in the history of folk music.
