In the summer of 2001, I had the pleasure of seeing James Taylor live in concert in Kansas City. I was a little apprehensive as I hadn't seen him live since the summer of 1974 when I was in college at FSU. I didn't then and still don't, have a preference to a particular style of music, having attended Led Zeppelin, Robin Trower, Jethro Tull and Leon Russell earlier in that year.
