'The Concert in Hyde Park' chronicles the legendary artist's historic concert at the 2012 Hard Rock Calling Festival in London with an epic career-spanning set including Simon s most enduring hits ("Kodachrome," "Graceland," "Me and Julio Down By The Schoolyard," "50 Ways to Leave Your Lover"), fan favorites, and two Simon & Garfunkel classics. The concert features a reunion with the original Graceland musicians on the Grammy-winning album's 25th anniversary, including Hugh Masekela and Ladysmith Black Mambazo, as well as a surprise appearance from reggae legend Jimmy Cliff, performing his original songs "The Harder They Come" and "Many Rivers to Cross", and a duet with Cliff and Simon on "Vietnam" and "Mother and Child Reunion."

Marking the 60th anniversary of Jamaica’s independence in August 2022, this celebratory album collection showcases an array of major hits and previously unissued tracks all of which were recorded in the year that the island became a sovereign nation: 1962. The first of the two discs focuses on the biggest home-grown sellers of the year, featuring ska and r&b hits by such celebrated foundation artists as Jimmy Cliff, Derrick Morgan, Owen Gray and Don Drummond, while the second disc comprises previously unissued recordings, produced by the country’s leading sound system operator-turned-record producer, Duke Reid.

This is an excellent reggae sampler. It should be obvious that everyone's first introduction to reggae should be Bob Marley's great LEGEND which is the reggae desert island disc of all time. After drumming for the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Lydia Lunch, and Captain Beefheart in the ’80s, Cliff Martinez went on to become a successful Hollywood composer. His partnership with director Nicolas Winding Refn has resulted in some incredible work in soundtracking for movies such Drive, Only God Forgives, and The Neon Demon — last Halloween we recognized his score for the latter as one of our favorite horror movie soundtracks. The pair are teaming up for again for a project, this time for a new Amazon series called Too Young To Die Old starring Miles Teller, William Baldwin, John Hawkes, and Jena Malone. Teller stars as Martin, “a grieving police officer, who finds himself caught in the Los Angeles criminal underworld where various forces push towards sinister goals.”

Released on DVD/BluRay as well as a double-CD set, Dear Jerry captures a tribute concert to Jerry Garcia held on May 14, 2015 at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland.
