It is an elegant, nervous and sleek collection of pop songs, and it's a little more upbeat that many of her other albums. It is a perfect time capsule of what the mid-80's had to offer, for better or worse. Songs like "Moth to a flame", "Overnight observation" and "Culture shock" were graced by funky arrangements that made them arresting and unique, while the title track and "Toughen Up" were fine contemporary R&B pop songs. The ballads were fantastic too, with "The Right Moment" closing the album on a highly emotional note. And it has to be said that Olivia's vocals were at their most versatile on this album, going from pop and rock to retro-styled ballads and funk.

Monster is the 20th studio album by American rock band Kiss, and was released on October 9, 2012. The album was recorded at Conway Recording Studios in Hollywood, CA and The Nook in Studio City, Los Angeles. Monster was produced by the band's co-founder and lead singer Paul Stanley and co-produced by Greg Collins, as was 2009's Sonic Boom. This Japanese edition exclusively features the high-fidelity SHM-CD format (compatible with standard CD players). Comes with a description and lyrics.

As Kiss approach 40 years of ridiculously dumb rock & roll fun, it makes sense that their 20th studio album, Monster, is more self-referential than anything. Following 2009's Sonic Boom, the album marks the second set of tunes by a revamped "original" Kiss lineup, with Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons joined by new guitarist Tommy Thayer and re-emerging drummer Eric Singer donning the makeup and personas originated by Ace Frehley and Peter Criss, respectively. Dressing up these semi-random players in the classic comic book costumes is just step one in re-creating the feel of Kiss' 1970s over the top heyday.

Creatures of the Night is the tenth studio album by American heavy metal band Kiss, released in 1982. It is the band's last for Casablanca Records, the only label for which Kiss had recorded up to this point. The album was dedicated to the memory of Casablanca founder and early Kiss supporter Neil Bogart, who had died of cancer during the recording sessions. It is also the band's last album recorded with Ace Frehley credited as an official member (until 1998's Psycho Circus), and its first album with Vinnie Vincent as the initially uncredited lead guitarist (Vincent would later be credited but not featured on the cover of the 1985 reissue of the album). It was also the band's last album to feature the band with their trademark makeup until Psycho Circus was released.
