I recently got to try out Leslie Sansone’s new DVD program called Walk Your Way Thin. I used the Walk Off 10 Pounds DVD and the Walk It Off & Tone It Up DVD. Leslie starts off her Walk Off 10 Pounds video showing you what an extra 5 pounds looks like on your body. Yikes. She also gives a few quick tips on nutrition, and then you start the workout.I love that the movements are simple. You don’t have to be a professional dancer to do these moves. As long as you can walk, you can jump right in and do the full workout the first time. You can do the program indoors, so you don’t need to worry about what’s happening with the weather that day. You don’t have to buy special equipment. She also seems like a real person! She just talks to you, and you feel like you can relate to her. She explains what’s going on throughout the program and sweats right along with you.
