Collected all the LP's and 45's originally released during those golden years…remember when Maestro Percy Faith was cranking out beautiful arrangements in the early to mid '50s for singers of the Columbia Record stables (Tony Bennett, Rosie Clooney, Doris Day, Johnny Mathis and Guy Mitchell) to name just a few…but his true and real ambition was arranging tunes of the yesterday and composing songs of his own…now enters the album of "I THINK I LOVE YOU", plus bonus tracks featuring countless melodies of the singles from the '60s and '70s…all arranged in perfect order by Mr. Faith…all under the watchful eye of Mitch Miller (head of artist and repertoire department) of Columbia Records.

The cool, crafty title of Nils new album 'Caught In The Groove' says it all about his studio and onstage state of mind. A decade and a half after riding his first #1 hit 'Pacific Coast Highway' into contemporary jazz history as Billboard's Song of the Decade 2001-2010, the relentlessly prolific composer, guitarist and producer continues to create instantly infectious, sonically adventurous tracks for himself and numerous artists eager to vibe with the energy of his Midas touch. He has scored numerous chart hits including 'Summer Nights', 'Let's Bounce', 'Georgy Porgy', 'Ready to Play' 'Catnap', Straight Down the Line' and 2011 Song of the Year 'Jumpstart'. Now it's time to gear up for the impact of Caught In The Groove's funky, high octane lead single Good Times Are Better'. Nils is also enjoying ongoing success on the Billboard Smooth Jazz Songs chart as co-writer and co-producer of pianist Lisa Addeo's 'Listen to This', the first new title to reach the pole position in 2020.
Buddy is featured on this DVD playing at two separate concerts. In the first, filmed at Switzerland's New Morning Rock Heroes Festival in 1995, he re-works in his own distinctive style a selection of rock and pop classics from the sixties and seventies, concluding with barnstorming versions of three of Jimi Hendrix's biggest hits, 'Purple Haze', 'Voodoo Chile' and 'Hey Joe'.
In the second concert filmed in Paris a year later, he features Albert King's blues standard 'Born Under A Bad Sign' and a deeply soulful interpretation of The Impression's ballad hit 'For Your Precious Love'.
