Awake Demos 1994 is a collection of demos by Dream Theater of songs from the album Awake. It was released by Mike Portnoy on his YtseJam Records label. Unlike previously released demo collections, no instrumental versions of the songs are included, and the song Eve is notably absent, as well as several other demos.

Mike Mangini was announced as the new, permanent drummer in April 2011. This 6 CD set captures classic-era Dream Theater while performing live at various junctures in the earlier part of their career, specifically in 1993, 1995 and 1999, with full shows included from each of these years. All recorded for FM Radio Broadcast, resulting in perfect audio quality throughout, this boxed set will prove a very welcome reminder for fans of this enormously talented group of what a truly extraordinary musical phenomena they have always been within a live setting.
There's something about sixties music, a simplicity that appeals and makes for easy listening. This is a great collection for relaxing to, dancing to, or just having on in the background.
