Live Suede

English alternative rock band from London formed in 1989, disbanded 2003. Reunited in 2010 for a series of concerts, the band released three studio albums and two live albums since then.

Digitally remastered and expanded three disc (two CDs + DVD) edition of this 1993 album. Suede was the fastest-selling debut album ever in the UK, and went on to win 1993's Mercury Music Prize. This deluxe edition features all the non-album b-sides, as well as demos from the collections of Brett Anderson and Bernard Butler, including two previously unreleased songs. The DVD features the newly-discovered and previously-unseen footage of the band at The Leadmill in Sheffield in February 1993, filmed between the recording and the release of the debut album, and the concert video Love And Poison, on DVD for the very first time. The bonus feature is a February 2011 interview with Brett and Bernard about the making of the album, along with a short film put together by Simon Gilbert from his own contemporary camcorder footage.

The 3 CD's represent for the first time ever, a release of the complete archival live concert recordings by Elvis Presley in the 1950's. Including rare interviews and recently discovered new recordings, all of the 82 tracks have been painstakingly remastered and restored.

Suede return with Autofiction: Expanded - a deluxe version of critically acclaimed album ‘Autofiction’, which debuted at #2 in the UK Albums Chart and marked Suede’s highest charting LP since 1999’s Head Music. Accompanying the original album on the special limited edition 3CD release are B-sides and additional album session material, as well as an ‘Autofiction’ live album recorded on their March 2023 UK tour.

The 3CD set represents the complete archival live concert recordings by Elvis Presley in the 1950’s. All 82 tracks have been remastered and restored and the accompanying booklet chronologically follows Elvis from the very first, to the last shows performed.

Suede’s era-defining second album from 1994 celebrates its 30th anniversary this year. It was the last album to feature the band’s guitarist and co-songwriter Bernard Butler. It includes the classic hit singles ‘We Are The Pigs’, ‘The Wild Ones’, and ‘New Generation’. Art and design for this new format has been undertaken for Suede by official designer and photographer Paul Khera. On the reissue, bassist and founding member Mat Osman said this in a press release: “Your first album is songs you’ve been playing live for a long time. Generally, it’s almost set. The songs evolved in a certain way and you’re just trying to get them down. Dog Man Star was the first time where we just said, ‘Right, what happens if you push everything further? The slow songs, we take all the drums out. If we have a big closing song, we’ll have a fucking orchestra. To start the record, let’s have something that’s on one chord, and it’s just like a mantra. The kind of band we are, how far can we take it before it breaks?’”
