This jam-packed collection boasts ten new remixes of tracks from Max Cooper's 2016 album Emergence, a largely downtempo set inspired by his live audio-visual performances. As you'd expect, many of the reworks are dancefloor focused, with Vessels, Joe Farr (whose distorted, industrial-tinged techno take on "Panned" is a definite highlight) and techno veteran John Tejada all delivering standout interpretations. These fine remixes are accompanied by similarly impressive rubs that don't strive as hard for club plays, with Hidden Orchestra's symphonic version of "Symmetry" and Tom Hodge's intricate, melodious rework of "Cyclic" standing out.

Cologne based Traum Schallplatten were real movers in the Cologne minimal techno boom of the mid noughties alongside such other esteemed local imprints like Trapez and Kompakt. In the last several years however their profile has remained low and they have switched their focus on emerging talents that hone in on the deeper, esoteric and more experimental side of electronica and house/techno.

Max Cooper’s blend of the artistic and scientific schools of thought have steadily built him up to become one of the standout electronic musicians of his generation.

Blending classical, electronic, and rock influences into a style he calls "post-classical," composer/programmer Max Richter ignores boundaries in favor of haunting, strangely familiar sounds. This approach made him an in-demand composer for film and other types of performing arts, as well as an acclaimed artist in his own right. Born in Germany in the mid-'60s, Richter and his family moved to the U.K. when he was still a little boy; by his early teens, he was listening to the canon of classical music, as well as modern composers including Philip Glass, whose sound was a major influence on Richter.

With its HQ in rural Germany - Rockets & Ponies is a coterie for the outsiders - those etoo strange for the normal business with an ethos that fosters freedom of expression, experimentation and an avant-garde approach. So who better to present a remix package of works by Jazz luminary Wolfgang Haffner that includes Ricardo Villalobos & Max Loderbauer, Nightmares on Wax, Acid Mondays and label padrone Timo Maas.

Dj Tedu is one of the most veteran djs of the DMC in Spain. Champion of Galicia, has won several titles of Spain, in 2000 and 2005. He is one of the few Spanish dj's that has edited his own battle break, as well as appearances in dvds, compilations. In the last championship of the world was about to enter in the top 10. In addition to winning the DMC, he became ITF Spain Champion in 2005, having achieved a second place in 2004 despite a draw in the final.
