La Resistenza al nazifascismo non è soltanto una storia italiana. L'angoscia della scelta, gli slanci generosi, l'eccitazione degli scontri armati, il fantasma del tradimento e il rischio della morte percorrono le pagine di tutti gli scrittori che vissero quegli anni di lotta contro le tenebre, dai Pirenei ai Balcani, fino a Samarcanda. Più ancora della storiografia, forse, è proprio la letteratura che ci permette di ricomporre la grande avventura partigiana in Europa in un quadro unitario, per quanto sfaccettato e molteplice.

Allora Maigret fece qualcosa che avrebbe potuto costargli caro. Non stette a considerare i pro e i contro, prese la tazza del caffè ormai vuota e se la portò alle labbra, ignorando la mano che gli veniva offerta. Lo sguardo del deputato si incupì e il fremito all’angolo della bocca, lungi dall’attenuarsi, si accentuò. Disse soltanto: «Arrivederla, signor Maigret». Aveva intenzionalmente calcato sul «signor», come parve al commissario? Se sì, era una minaccia appena camuffata, perché significava che Maigret non si sarebbe fregiato ancora a lungo del titolo di commissario.

Fabrizio 'Fred' Buccini was born in Rome where he began to sing and play at an early age. Over the years he learned to sing and write texts in 9 different languages and studied sax at the Testaccio Popular School of Music in Rome. He worked for several years in tourist villages doing piano bar and theater and formed his first jazz groups at the “Casa del Jazz” in Rome.
In the various jazz Roman clubs, he will meet in jam session with various musicians of the Italian scene among which: Lino Patruno, Carletto Loffredo, Harold Bradley, Michael Supnick, Red Pellini, Nicky Nicolai, etc …

Joaquin Diaz Gonzalez (Zamora, 1947) is a Spanish musician and folklorist. Although born in Zamora, the four years he moved to Valladolid, where he studied media and academics. In the mid 60's became involved in the study and dissemination of traditional culture, especially the community of Castile and Leon, offering concerts and lectures at universities in Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Holland and USA.

He has also dedicated several works to the repertoire of Judeo-Spanish. Has promoted traditional Spanish music on radio and television in Europe, Asia and America. In 1976 he left the live performances to focus exclusively on research and promotion of popular culture. Throughout his long career, he has published some fifty books on various aspects of oral tradition: tales, romances and songs, popular expressions, etc.., And over two hundred articles and essays in various publications. He has recorded some sixty albums and participated in the creation of so many, working with numerous performers and popular music groups.
