Metallica will release their eleventh studio album, Hardwired…To Self-Destruct, on November 18th, via Blackened Recordings. The 2 CD / 2 Vinyl set is the Grammy® Award winning Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee’ s first studio album since 2008’ s multi-platinum Death Magnetic. Hardwired…To Self-Destruct is produced by Greg Fidelman, who engineered and mixed Death Magnetic.

Hardwired…To Self-Destruct is produced by Greg Fidelman, who engineered and mixed Death Magnetic. Metallica formed in 1981 by drummer Lars Ulrich and guitarist and vocalist James Hetfield and has become one of the most influential and commercially successful rock bands in history, having sold 110 million albums worldwide while playing to millions of fans on literally all seven continents.

Known as The Black Album, METALLICA's fifth eponymous album has long been considered one of the greatest and most important album releases in music history: Critically acclaimed, the 1991 album not only gave the band their first #1 on the album charts in 10 countries - in the States alone it stayed at the top for four weeks - but also a whole series of hit singles to boot: "Enter Sandman", "The Unforgiven", "Nothing Else Matters", "Wherever I May Roam" and "Sad But True".

Metallica is continuing to release remasters of their catalog, with the latest being the 5x-platinum Load, available everywhere on June 13th. Produced by Bob Rock, Load is the follow-up to Metallica, the best-selling album of the Soundscan era. Load contains fan favorites including “Until It Sleeps,” “Hero of the Day,” “King Nothing,” and, for the first time ever, the original extended version of “The Outlaw Torn,” which was originally edited due to manufacturing limits.

Metallica's 1st album, "Kill 'Em All" is regarded as a groundbreaking album for thrash metal because of its precise musicianship, which fuses New Wave of British Heavy Metal riffs with hardcore punk tempos. Its musical approach and lyrics were markedly different from rock's mainstream of the early Eighties and inspired a number of bands who followed in similar manner. Deluxe Digital Download Edition of "Kill 'Em All" featuring the newly remastered album alongside three live shows, rough mixes from Lars' Vault, the "Whiplash EP" tracks and the "Jump in the Fire" EP.
