This build was designed to work on clean install only. None of the windows features have been removed, and no cosmetics have been implemented.
The activation was base on MS procedure, for that matter, an internet connection was required during the process of installation. Net Framework was integrated.

Windows 10 version 1909 (codenamed 19H2) is the second semi-annual update arriving in 2019, and while it’ll include new features and improvements, unlike previous releases, this is expected to be a minor update available as a quality update, similar to a service pack.

This is Full ISO With All Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 7. Updates have been integrated until April 2023. You can install Windows with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Outlook, and OneNote pre-installed or without. There are no cosmetic changes in it and nothing is cut!
