A film made by four Palestinians living through extraordinary times. Filming from the first days of the war, Khalid, Aya, Adam and Aseel document their own lives as they endure bombing raids, multiple evacuations, family separations and reunions, deaths, and even the birth of a new life amidst the chaos.

"Toy" the prankster is trapped in a time loop. No matter what he does, he always winds up back where he starts: on the morning of New Year's Eve. He runs into "Vee", a mysterious young woman caught in the same loop and convinces her to help him seek out all the hidden 'Perfect Moments' during the ever-recurring day.
