Offshoring

Offshoring is an emotional topic, and one is sorely tempted to rant. I have strong feelings about the subject, as do hundreds of thousands of other white- collar professionals in the u.s. This isn't a historical trend that's been archived in high school textbooks; it's a development that's right here in front of our faces.
