Ondatropica

Ondatropica is a wide-ranging musical collaboration co-led by Mario Galeano (Frente Cumbiero, Los Pirañas) and Will "Quantic" Holland. Depending on the recording session or concert, the ensemble can number anywhere from 10 to 42 members. The pair met when Galeano traveled from his home in Bogota to meet Quantic in a record store in Santiago de Cali, where he was living at the time.

Supernatural Love, the latest project from Bogotá-based Sidestepper, is set to relaunch the relationship between fan and artist. The group have launched a crowdfunding campaign through Uonset, inviting listeners to purchase the album online or make a contribution as opposed to supporting larger record labels.

This time again, with Satingarona pt 2, the trumpetist hailing from Bordeaux is joined by his friends, colombian singer Nidia Gongora (Quantic, Ondatropica, Canalon) and french producer Patchworks (Voilaaa, Taggy Matcher), alongside newly met colaborators, like parisian impromptu MC Greg Frite, Haitian singer Kephny Eliacin, Cindy Pooch and young talent Laurene Pierre-Magnani from his hometown’s underground caribbean punk scene. New roads and new stories, to a same destination : the land of perpetual dance.
