In Afrika ist es den vier Freunden, dem Zebra Marty (gesprochen von Rick Kavanian), dem Loewen Alex (Jan Josef Liefers), der Giraffe Melman (Bastian Pastewka) und der Nilpferddame Gloria, inzwischen ziemlich fad geworden. Schlie?lich sind die Pinguine (gesprochen von den Fantastischen Vier) schon eine ganze Weile nach Monte Carlo verduftet und wollen einfach nicht wiederkommen. Also beschlie?en Marty und Co., selbst nach Europa zu reisen.

In 1954, the BBC produced an outstanding documentary series on aerial warfare from 1935 to 1950, comprising fifteen half hour shows that was aired on the first Monday after Remembrance Sunday.
Taking two years to make, and compiled from nearly 12 million feet of Allied and enemy film footage, there had been little to compare with it in terms of scale, depth and content.

Part 5 - Desert Air Force
This episode covers the conflict from Italy's entry into the war in Summer 1940 to the establishment of an advanced wing of the Desert Air Force in Tripoli in 1942. It covers the invasion of Crete, celebrates the heroic defence of Malta, while in the Western desert, Allied air power played an important role in the defeat of the Afrika Corps.

Irgendwo in Afrika wartet eine Touristengruppe auf ihren verspäteten Anschlussflug. Doch das Flugzeug soll nie sein Ziel erreichen, denn der Boss der Charterlinie will die Versicherung abzocken. Aus diesem Grund soll die Maschine mit den Passagieren ins Meer stürzen. Aber der Plan geht schief, denn den Piloten gelingt eine Notlandung auf einer kleinen Insel.
Abgeschnitten von der Aussenwelt versuchen die Touristen, mit der Hilfe eines kleinen schwarzen Jungen, in der Wildnis zu überleben. Das einzige Problem daran sind die vielen wilden Tiere, die die Gegend unsicher machen. Als der Boss der Charterlinie erfährt, dass die Passagiere überlebt haben, startet er ein Killerkomando.
