The Robert Johnson Songbook is Peter Green's first recording made entirely of covers of the music written by the King of the Delta Blues. Unfortunately, though pleasant, The Robert Johnson Songbook lacks the warmth and soulfulness of its successor - Hot Foot Powder. The Robert Johnson Songbook features Green's Splinter Group, plus a guest appearance by Paul Rodgers.

Recorded in London in January 1968 with three members of the early lineup of Fleetwood Mac (the one that played blues, not pop/rock): Peter Green (guitar), John McVie (bass), and Mick Fleetwood (drums). It's an adequate setting for Boyd's straight Chicago piano blues, going heavier on the slow-to-mid-tempo numbers than the high-spirited ones, though Green is a far more sympathetic accompanist than the rhythm section.

The Brunning/Hall Sunflower Blues Band was the part-time British blues-rock outfit led by former Fleetwood Mac bassist Bob Brunning and blues pianist Bob Hall. A founding member of Fleetwood Mac, Brunning kept a low profile after having been let go by Peter Green once John McVie was free of John Mayall & the Bluesbreakers…..

A Case for the Blues is a blues album by Katmandu, a British band made up of successful musicians from differing musical backgrounds, including Peter Green of Fleetwood Mac, Ray Dorset of Mungo Jerry and Vincent Crane of Atomic Rooster. Released in 1985, this was the only album by the band.
