Around 12.7 million tonnes of plastic are entering the ocean every year, killing over 1 million seabirds and 100,000 marine mammals.

Plastic Poetry is an album of an intergenerational duo - Irek Wojtczak and Kamil Piotrowicz. It is a record of an improvised session that was recorded in November 2018 in Bielsko-Biała during the duo's concert tour in southern Poland. "Plastic, chemical plastic, and poetry, bearing a wide symbolism of ambiguous art - create a contemporary, definitive contrast, while referring to the world of obviousness and inauthenticity as well as the intuitive world of ambiguity" - this is how the duo defines the context of their work.
