Polynomials Recent Research

This book provides a comprehensive overview of polynomials and recent developments in the field. It includes chapters that address such topics as polynomials-based cyclic coding, Hermite polynomials, Routh polynomials, fitting parametric polynomials with control point coefficients, the thermoelastic wave model, and much more.

The importance of polynomials in the interdisciplinary field of mathematics, engineering, and science is well known. Over the past several decades, research on polynomials has been conducted extensively in many disciplines.

The present volume contains the Proceedings of the Seventh Iberoamerican Workshop in Orthogonal Polynomials and Applications (EIBPOA, which stands for Encuentros Iberoamericanos de Polinomios Ortogonales y Aplicaciones, in Spanish), held at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Leganés, Spain, from July 3 to July 6, 2018.

This textbook is designed for a one-year graduate course in real algebraic geometry, with a particular focus on positivity and sums of squares of polynomials.

This book contains select papers on rings, monoids and module theory which are presented at the 3rd International Conference on Mathematics and Statistics (AUS-ICMS 2020) held at the American University of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, from 6–9 February 2020. This conference was held in honour of the work of the distinguished algebraist Daniel D. Anderson.

This volume presents a collection of articles highlighting recent developments in commutative algebra and related non-commutative generalizations. It also includes an extensive bibliography and lists a substantial number of open problems that point to future directions of research in the represented subfields.
