For each of the works featured in Sas Agapo, there are my images, my scenario, my interpretation of the “paintings of life”, which take place at very precise moments in time, where the themes impose themselves on me, when I am not at the piano seeking for them. The short descriptions here serve only to define the setting in which each was composed. That said, listeners are of course free to experience them without any explanation and find in them their own images, their own scenario.

Produced and recorded by Mike Fraser (AC/DC, Metallica), Black Swans and Wormhole Wizards, is Joe's 14th studio album. Once again, Joe is joined by his long-term drummer Jeff Campitelli, alongside newcomers Mike Keneally (keyboards - Frank Zappa, Steve Vai) and Allen Whitman (bass guitar - Mermen). On the eleven tracks that make up Black Swans and Wormhole Wizards, Satriani‟s classic sound is accompanied by a surprisingly rich new texture. The first single "Light Years Away" provides a great introduction to the album, alongside several other high energy offerings, like the anthemic "Pyrrhic Victoria", "Wormhole Wizards" and "Premonition".

"All I Need" is the debut studio album from General Hospital star Jack Wagner. Quincy Jones protegé Glen Ballard (who would go on to write with and produce Wilson Phillips six years later, and have massive success in the 1990s with Alanis Morissette's Jagged Little Pill) and Clif Magness (who also worked in a musical context with Ballard on Wilson Phillips' debut album) oversaw the project, co-writing some of the material as well as playing some instruments.

“Quia Nesciunt Quid Faciunt” is the newest – 11th – full-length studio Roz Vitalis album – and 3rd album at Lizard Records – released five and a half years after the band's most famous release – 10th studio disc “The Hidden Man of the Heart” (2018). “Quia Nesciunt Quid Faciunt” (“they know not what they do” translated from Latin) consists of 10 tracks and lasts 54 minutes. The title of the album was induced by tragic events of the latest years concerned with military operations and violation of human rights in some regions of the world.

Film composer Eleni Karaindou was born in the Greek mountain village of Teichio and raised in Athens, going on to study piano and music theory at the Hellenikon Odion. Relocating to Paris in 1969, she studied ethnomusicology for five years before returning to Greece to found the Laboratory for Traditional Instruments at the ORA Cultural Centre. Karaindrou's most successful collaboration was with filmmaker Theo Angelopoulos, with whom she first teamed in 1982, going on to score features including 1991's The Suspended Step of the Stork, 1995's Ulysses' Gaze, and 1998's Palme d'Or-winning Eternity and a Day.
