Danny Bryant, the critically acclaimed British Blues rock guitarist, is pleased to announce the release of his 11th studio album, "Means of Escape:. The album will be released by Jazzhaus Records on Friday September 20th on CD, digital and 180g white vinyl. "Bryant, who has been described as a "National Blues Treasure" by Classic Rock magazine, returns with his most powerful collection of songs to date.

Tom Waits released Real Gone in October 2004. Waits' only album to date to feature absolutely no piano on any of its tracks, Waits beatboxed on the opening track, Top of the Hill , and most of the album's songs begin with Waits' vocal percussion" improvisations. A more rock-oriented effort, with less blues influence than his previous releases, Harp Magazine chose it as the finest release of the year. The Real Gone Tour played sold out locations in North America and Europe in October and November 2004, and on 21st November performed at Amsterdam s Koninklijk Theater Carré, where Tom and band put on a quite mesmerising show which included several numbers from the new album alongside a fine selection of choice cuts from previous records. Recorded for live FM Radio Broadcast, this entire show is now available for the first time on this dynamic 2CD Set.

On the SAT.1 channel, there was a weekly Die Hit-Giganten show, each time dedicated to various topics, such as Disco Hits, Neue Deutsche Welle, Pop & Wave der 80er, Rockballaden, Sommerhits and many others. Of course, this popular show also gave rise to a series of collections on CD. Here is a new collection including 60 popular love songs.

We went and saw OMD back in November at Oxford and they were spectacular! Playing their classics such as… Enola Gay, Electricity, Souvenir, Joan Of Arc and Maid Of Orleans… and their modern greats such as… History Of Modern, Punishment Of Luxury, Isotype and their new single Don’t Go… to their very first b-side Almost! A brilliant cd and reminded me of when we saw them live! Anyone who hasn’t seen them OMD yet, you must see them, you must!!!
