Rescue From Darkness

I absolutely loved this book! In this book, Cari did a wonderful danced between dubious consent and non-consent, both of them happening sometimes within the same scene. After the surprise twist with Pieter and Jazmine in book 3, I was excited to see more of them in this book. Watching the strong, wily Pieter watch for a chance to rescue both himself and Jazmine from the horrible Gregor was amazing. Gregor and the mysterious "client" brought wonderfully terrifying darkness to the story;
