Chato Santana, alias el Diablo, ya ha cumplido su condena en Belle Rêve, pero se resiste a abandonar el Escuadrón Suicida hasta que Amanda Waller le propone liderar una escisión del grupo que no le convence. Es entonces cuando acepta una oferta del Tío Sam para trabajar para Jaque Mate. Por su parte, Bumerán desaparece en combate durante una misión del Escuadrón contra el Jaguar, pero sus compañeros creen que ha desertado.

I'm still looking for the missing , which is a comic book nor a graphic novel but an actual written novel of the film adaptation of the original 3-issue miniseries (that other alleged 3-issue miniseries, was of course an April Fool's gag as perpetrated by Ben Templesmith in his blogspot).
