Sara K.'s cd release, Water Falls, on Stockfisch Records (Germany) now available in the U.S. from CD Baby, is her best production to date. Her smoothe vocals and Chris Jones' guitar combined with Guenter Paulers' production expertise make for another soulful journey into Sara's voice, lyrics and music.

The album's 12 tracks are a quite delightful mix, with one song especially outstanding in its beauty: 'Made in the Shade', devoted to Sara K. 's fellow artist and kindred spirit Chris Jones who died in 2005. This album is surely one of her very best, maybe THE best. It is certainly no less than sensational. Like good wine, this one has it all, that inner glow, that shining light that is the true sign of real art. Guitars, exotic instruments including the harp form an ideal backdrop for the singer Sara K. sounding articulate to the highest degree, her performance mature, completely lacking any harshness whatsoever.

Mozart's timeless masterpiece, "Così fan tutte," is brought to life in this exquisite rendition by the New Philharmonia Orchestra, conducted by the legendary Otto Klemperer.

It's hard to imagine another orchestra and chorus coming as close to perfection as the LSO do on this disc. With even tempo, clear articulation and well-mannered dynamics throughout, like Handel himself would have felt his composition was given as fine a treatment as any. The piece itself needs no introduction. If the climax on this recording of the Hallelujah chorus doesn't send chills down your spine while simultaneously uplifting your soul, well, I don't know what will! Absolutely magnificent.
