A Fallen Temple', the fourth full-length in the long-running career of Greek metal luminaries Septicflesh, occupied a unique space in the band's history upon its original release in '98. The album featured re-recordings from their savage debut LP 'Temple of the Lost Race' interspersed amongst some of the band's most avant-garde work to date. The heightened atmospherics, synthesized orchestration, and angelic soprano vocals affirmed the bold and adventurous creative direction the band had begun to follow, and was the perfect bridge to what was coming with 1999's 'Revolution DNA'.
Now remastered and repackaged by front-man Seth Siro Antoniou and includes four bonus tracks.

BURNING BRITAIN is the first-ever box set to properly tell the story of the early Eighties independent Punk scene – nicknamed UK82 – when the music went underground and thrived outside of the major label framework. With 114 tracks, this longform 4-CD box set follows previous, acclaimed compilations from Cherry Red dedicated to Post-Punk (To The Outside Of Everything), Goth (Silhouettes And Shadows), Mod Revival (Millions Like Us), etc.

Known simply as "T", German multi-instrumentalist Thomas Thielen has been recording music as a one-man act since his time with the short-lived progressive rock act Scythe ended. This doesn't sound like a solo album, but much more like a group work, and one soon quickly moves away from the feel that this is the work of just one man to confronting the bleakness and darkness of this album. He is bringing in musical themes and influences such as modern Marillion, IQ, Radiohead, Peter Gabriel and Geoff Mann.

Of course Captain Beefheart is the ultimate cult artist, and one with a following so rabid (if limited) that the compilation has a wider audience than many would anticipate. Despite the impressive chronological span and variety of demos, live performances, backing tracks, and outtakes, be cautioned that this is not a best-of or ad hoc career overview. A good deal of the tracks (some of which have long been available on bootleg) are of slightly substandard or low fidelity, and Beefheart's most significant work is ultimately contained on his numerous official releases.
