Shaun The Sheep

Milan Records/Sony Music will release a soundtrack album for the animated feature A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon. The album features the film’s original score composed by Tom Howe (Early Man, Professor Marston and the Wonder Women, Charming). Also included are the original songs LAZY performed by Kylie Minogue and The Vaccines, Everything Is Better by Kieran Shudall and Heather Shudall and I Can’t Be My Old Self Forever by Jorja Smith.

Shaun the Sheep is a British stop-motion animated children's television series produced by Aardman Animations, of Wallace & Grommit fame. A premise of the series is that Shaun the sheep exhibits human intelligence, creativity, and behaviour in a barnyard, which usually provides a situational comedy conflict which Shaun must resolve before the end of each episode.

Spring with excitement and jump with joy because Shaun the Sheep is back for more wild adventures from the Oscar-winning creators of Wallace & Gromit. Fun on the farm springs to life with Shaun and his barnyard buddies – from bouncing sheep and a supersized Timmy to bagpipe buddies and a shortsighted farmer, there’s no limit to the wild things these animals will do. So hop along with Shaun, Bitzer, Shirley, Timmy, and those Naughty Pigs next door in some sheepherding mayhem that’s sure to give you a lift!

A second series of an additional 40 episodes commenced airing in the UK on 23 November 2009 on BBC One and BBC HD. It had already started airing in Germany on 18 October 2009. The series director is Chris Sadler. The series is filmed in high definition. There are major changes in the look of the characters (e.g. Bitzer now has fur), and the title sequence was also adapted to reflect these changes.

Shaun is a sheep who doesn't follow the flock - in fact, he leads them into all sorts of scrapes and scraps, turning peace in the valley into mayhem in the meadow. Shaun and his pals run rings around their poor sheepdog Bitzer, as he tries to stop the Farmer finding out what's going on behind his back. Every day brings a new adventure for Shaun.

Unidentified Farm Objects and paranormal sightings are the norm with Shaun the Sheep and his barnyard buddies Bitzer, Shirley, and Timmy, as they encounter more madcap mischief along with those Naughty Pigs next door. Big laughs are evident, as the creators of the Academy Award®-winning Wallace & Gromit™ are out to prove that sheepherding fun is universal.
