Tim and Daniel first met in the mid 2000's when Daniel was performing with Marty Raybon at IBMA Fan Fest. They had only a short time to rehearse before they performed their set, but Tim will always remember his first impression of Daniel: ''He was the best banjo player I had ever heard and an adamant professional.'' Daniel recalls that since first hearing Tim Raybon, ''I have held his vocal abilities as being one of the best-kept secrets in the music business.'' From the beginning they held a common bond in their love of the Osborne Brothers, Jim and Jesse, and Bill Monroe; they hit it off and have remained friends ever since.

While they came up with plenty of ideas for their tenth album, too often it feels like they ran out of inspiration before they stopped recording.

Born in Anaheim, California, Sara showed talent in the world of music and dance at a young age. She played piano and flute as a child, and danced and sang throughout her youth, performing in musicals at Fullerton Junior College and dancing professionally in small productions around Los Angeles in her late teens. Originally planning to be a theater major, Sara went through some personal struggles and decided instead to focus on academia, earning a B.A. in communication studies from Cal State Long Beach in 2007. However, Sara’s deep connection with music was not to be suppressed, as she found a passion for collecting rare 60's vinyl, and worked as a DJ in some of the hippest clubs in L.A. for 3 years. She was deeply inspired by the music of the 60's, and played in popular garage rock bands around Southern California, until scoring her first professional singing gig in Asia. Sara toured around Asia for almost 2 years, gigging with different bands and soaking up the culture in China, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

In the 80′s, Rolando Jr had left the music business to start a custom cabinet business in order to provide for his family. In 1999, one of his sons wanted to get into the music business and Roland Jr decided to start again to help his son. He was asked by many friends to play for their private parties as well as many promoters and club owners wanted the “Roland Garcia” style of music for their establishments, so Roland became very popular with the locals as well as Winter Texans. A year or so before Country Roland Sr passed away, Roland Sr asked Roland Jr to carry on the tradition which made Roland’s dad Country Roland Sr very happy due to he wasn’t in physical shape to do many shows and concerts any more. So Rolando Garcia Jr became “Country Roland Jr” which made Roland Sr very happy to see the tradition continue.
