The vocalist’s new effort follows 2020’s The Women Who Raised Me, which found Springs performing the music of icons like Billie Holiday, Nina Simone, Sade, Bonnie Raitt and Ella Fitzgerald. Run Your Race, meanwhile, is full of Springs’ own songs.

This book highlights the mechanics of the elastic elements made of steel alloys with focus on the metal springs for automotive industry. The industry and scientific organizations study intensively the foundations of design of spring elements and permanently improve the mechanical properties of spring materials.

The aim of this book is to provide an overview of topics related to the extensive geoheritage of hot springs, their natural environments, and their integration into commercial and industrial functions. The eleven chapters explore aspects of historical and cultural traditions, geology and geochemistry, research updates, conservation issues and of course health, wellness, and recreation throughout time.

This book presents a profile of the majority of hot springs in and around tourist destinations in Nepal. In particular, there is a focus on Pokhara, Jumla, the world- famous Annapurna region, Ruby Valley, and Api Nampa Conservation Area. The chapter on health benefits of mineral hot springs provides a history of hot springs supported by a literature review and case study.
