For the first time in a single box the entire discographic collaboration between Deutsche Grammophon and Stanislav Bunin, a refined Russian interpreter, nephew of the famous pedagogue Heinrich Neuhaus, legendary founder of the Russian piano school that had among his students Emil Gilels, Radu Lupu and Sviatoslav Richter.

Featuring the Great Chopin Pianists from the past and today, Deutsche Grammophon presents a 28 CD box edition highlighting the riches of its Chopin catalogue, including eight Chopin competition winners and many of the most legendary Chopin artists of all time.

Yayoi Toda began violin lessons at the age of four and quickly showed her talents as she took first place in the primary school division of the 33rd Japan Music Competition for Students in 1979. Her competitive successes continued and in 1985, she won first place in the 54th Japan Music Competition.

Each disc is in its own seperate case, and all ten cases are put in a small yet sturdy cardboard box. The length of playing time on each disc varies from ~57 min to ~67 min, with most discs lasting longer than an hour.
