The Night Siren is the upcoming twenty-fifth studio album from English guitarist Steve Hackett, scheduled for release on 24 March 2017 by Inside Out Music.

It appears that the former Genesis guitarist has reached the light at the end of the tunnel without major injuries. Steve Hackett's musical style tends to straddle the boarders of various musical genres and themes. All of these influences are uniquely mixed together and the end result is usually something that combines an assortment that may include anything from progressive rock, pop, folk, classical, blues, to even a hint of world music on occasion. At it's core, while Out of the Tunnel's Mouth is clearly a straight-up rock album, it draws heavily on elements of classical guitar, along with a few doses of progressive rock, and an overall melodic feel that works incredibly well. "Voyage Of The Acolyte" is the debut solo album from then-Genesis guitarist Steve Hackett. It featured heavy contributions from Genesis bandmates Phil Collins and Mike Rutherford. After this album, Hackett began to feel stifled within the democratic approach to the way Genesis placed music on their albums. It marks the extraordinary beginning of an ongoing career, and many fans consider it his finest album ever.

"Spectral Mornings" is the third release and the second post-Genesis album by British guitarist Steve Hackett. The album is the first recording to feature Hackett's first true touring band, consisting of his brother John Hackett on flute, guitar and bass pedals, long-time collaborator keyboardist Nick Magnus, bassist/vocalist Dik Cadbury, drummer John Shearer and vocalist Peter Hicks. In 2005, Spectral Mornings was remastered and re-released on Virgin Records. The new edition features updated liner notes and seven bonus tracks.

Wolflight is Steve's first original solo studio album since Beyond The Shrouded Horizon in 2011.
