LEGENDARY CANTERBURY BAND CARAVAN RELEASE FIRST STUDIO ALBUM IN 8 YEARS, RELEASED VIA MADFISH THIS OCTOBER. Caravan are one of the doyens of the progressive rock & the 'Canterbury scene', formed in 1968 & blending rock, jazz, folk & classical influences into a warm and distinctive sound.
Their previous 14 studio albums & numerous live recordings have seen them attract a large & faithful following & Caravan toured regularly until the restrictions of the COVID-19 pandemic. They have a UK tour scheduled for October 2021 & have interest, from abroad, for overseas tours to Japan, Canada & South America.

Born in Alicante in 1970, Antonio started playing the guitar at the age of 13 with Mark Knopfler as his main musical influence and assimilating the fingerpicking style as his own. Since the age of 18, he has been learning modern technique and harmony with different guitar teachers. As an avid record collector, he devours all types of music from bands and styles he gets acquainted. With his first band, Yeomen, he performed live for the first time while gaining influence from bands like Camel, Jethro Tull, Kansas, Pink Floyd, Genesis, Yes and musicians such as Andy Latimer, Martin Barre, David Gilmour or Bill Nelson.

In March 2020, as Covid blew across the planet, the shutters came down on live venues and recording studios, and the music scene fell suddenly silent, Ghalia Volt faced the same dilemma as every other artist. What now? The answer was One Woman Band. Having joined with the cream of the US roots scene for two acclaimed albums, 2017s Let The Demons Out and 2019s Mississppi Blend, Volts rebirth as a solo performer wasnt a decision made lightly.

Tony Bennett Der Schatten von Frank Sinatra ist groß, übergroß für die meisten anderen Künstler des Genres. Doch nicht für seinen persönlichen Freund, den Jazz-Crooner Tony Bennett. Wenn auch im selben Metier zu Hause, gelingt ihm über Jahrzehnte hinweg andauernder Erfolg beim Publikum sowie die Entwicklung eines ganz eigenen Stils. Er kommt am 3. August 1926 im New Yorker Stadtteil Queens als Anthony Dominick Benedetto zur Welt. Den Sohn italienischstämmiger Einwanderer zieht es bereits im Alter von zehn Jahren auf die Bühne, zunächst im Rahmen des Singens anlässlich einer Brücken-Einweihung. Rasch steht für ihn fest, dass er sein Glück im Showgeschäft suchen will. So sammelt er bis in die vierziger Jahre hinein praktische Gesangs-Erfahrungen mit Auftritten in kleinen Lokalen. Während seiner 1946 endenden Dienstzeit in der US-Army, die ihn auch nach Deutschland führt, arbeitet Benedetto in Militär-Orchestern. Zurück in den Staaten, macht er sich unter dem Pseudonym Joe Bari einen Namen.
