Feature film about the life of IJje Wiijkstra, who killed four constables when they came to fetch a runaway mother.
A historical/period piece about a couple of dim bulbs with out of control hormones and senses of decency. A loner, Wijkstra, who is a brick pointer and accordionist, and counts himself a "thinker", reluctantly falls for a flirty illiterate mother of six.
